145 East 49th Street, New York, NY - From JFK International Airport: Follow signs to Van Wyck Expressway. Take I-495 West to Exit 12B. Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel, and take the 37th Street exit towards 38th-40th Streets. Turn left onto East 37th Street. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue, and then turn left onto East 49th Street. From La Guardia Airport: Take Grand Central Parkway West and the Brooklyn- Queens Expressway exit 4 towards Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Take Exit 35 towards the Midtown Tunnel. Take the 37th Street exit towards 38th-40th Streets. Turn left onto East 37th Street. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue, and then turn left onto East 49th Street.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25. Reservtions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus one night's room rate, tax recovery charges, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed. A credit card imprint may be required at time of check in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
