On-site amenities include 24-hour coin-operated guest laundry facilities, iron and ironing board available for use at the front desk, safety deposit boxes, and luggage carts. Nearby you will find many diverse restaurants, a mall, fitness center, Shea Stadium, Belmont Raceway, Flushing Meadows, and Queens Botanical Gardens. La Guardia International Airport is four miles north. Each studio boasts approximately 300 square feet of living space, queen-size bed and 19" cable television with remote. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and glasses for two people. Suites also offer a comfortable recliner, dining table with chairs, free local phone calls, voice mail, and computer data port. Weekly housekeeping and twice weekly towel service is offered to those staying more than one night (for nightly guests, daily housekeeping is offered). Handicap and smoke-free rooms available upon request.

Turn left onto 14th Avenue and travel less than 100 yards. Turn left onto the Whitestone Expressway service road. Travel less than 1/4 mile. Extended Stay will be on the right. Directions From Airport: From the airport (LaGuardia International Airport), take The Grand Central Parkway East approximately one mile. Take Exit 9E (I-678 Whitestone Br./ 25E Northern Boulevard). Proceed straight onto I-678 South (Whitestone Br.). Travel approximately 1 1/4 miles to Exit 15 (20th Avenue). Proceed straight and travel less than 1/4 mile to 14th Avenue. Turn left onto 14th Avenue and travel less than 100 yards. Turn left onto The Whitestone Expressway service road. Travel less than 1/4 mile. Extended Stay will be on the right.

If you do not pay this debt and it is collected through the use of a collection agency, an attorney, or through other legal proceedings, you agree to pay all reasonable costs or fees, including attorney fees and court costs, incurred in connection with such collection effort.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled prior to 6 pm the day prior to arrival - $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 6 pm the day prior to arrival - $25 fee, plus a charge of one night's room cost, tax recovery charge, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges. A $25 change fee applies once the reservation is confirmed. A credit card imprint is required at the time of check in for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred. A refundable security deposit of $25 per nightly guest and $100 per weekly guest will be collected upon check-in. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
