Take Van Wyck Expressway to Exit 12. 
At Exit 12, take the Long Island Expressway West. 
Follow the LIE into the Mid-Town Tunnel.

Take 3rd Ave to 45th St. and turn left.
Go one block to Lexington Ave. and turn left.
Go one block to 44th St. and turn left. 
The Fitzpatrick is between Lexington and 3rd.

Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If cancellation occurs within 24 HOURS, a charge of one- night's room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees will be assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
